The Special Event Facilities team at the University of Texas at Arlington is excited to be hosting live events: concerts, sports, theatre, speakers, etc. again. We wanted to take some time to look at how we can continue to improve the way we conduct events, the services we offer and the overall guest experience. Our team makes it our top priority to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and in order to do that, we need your feedback. Please let us know what we're doing well, where we can improve, and any additional suggestions. We want to keep providing services our guests love and improve in areas we're falling short.
You are invited to participate in our guest experience survey. In this survey, we'll ask you a series of questions about your experience attending events at College Park Center. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete (depending on how much information you share). We encourage everyone's participation that receives an invitation to complete the survey as your feedback is very important to us, however, this survey is voluntary.
All survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from the research will be reported only in the aggregate. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to include your contact information if you would like to have a guest services representative reach out regarding your responses. In this case, your contact information will only be shared internally with the manager.
