TITLE OF PROJECT

Enhancing and Assessing Teamwork through a Student Teamwork Guide

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of the Student Teamwork Guide on current UTA students' knowledge and understanding of teamwork. We appreciate you taking the time to contribute to this project. Your responses are completely voluntary and all data will be anonymized for presentations and publications, meaning that your responses will not be associated with your name. Only the research team at the University of Texas at Arlington will have access to the responses and we will make every effort to keep your data confidential. There are no perceived risks or discomforts for participating in this research study, but should you experience any discomfort, please inform us. You may end the reflections at any time. We anticipate that the session will likely take no more than 10 minutes. We will also collect your student ID number for the purposes of linking your reflection to the rest of the research data that we have collected during this course. Your responses to surveys and the reflection will not impact your academic standing in any way. There are no direct benefits for participating, but your responses will improve understanding in a critical area of educational practice.

If you have any questions about the research, contact the principal investigator, Andrew M. Clark, by telephone at 817-272-3054 or by email at [email protected].
