Hello, 
This survey aims to collect students' perspectives on how COVID-19 has played a role in faculty policies and course agendas, the ability to obtain accommodations, and students' success in the learning environment. This survey is being conducted as part of a Disability Studies Minor internship supervised by the Center for Research on Teaching and Learning Excellence. 

This survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project, it is completely voluntary and you may exit at any time. This survey is completely anonymous.
